Mr. Splash Car Wash

Accessibility Statement.

Last updated: August 2026

Mr. Splash Car Wash wants everyone to be able to use our website and enjoy our washes. We are working to make this site easy to use for people of all abilities, including those who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. This statement explains what we have built, what we are still improving, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Section 1

Our Commitment

Accessibility is not a one-time project for us. We treat it as ongoing work. As we add pages, photos, and features to this site, we review them for accessibility and fix problems as we find them.

If any part of this site keeps you from getting the information you need, we want to hear about it. We will work with you to get you that information another way.

Section 2

Accessibility Tools On This Site

Every page on this site has an accessibility menu. Look for the accessibility icon in the bottom-left corner of your screen. Open it to turn on any of these:

  • Text size — increase text up to 30% larger, in four steps
  • High contrast — boost contrast to make text stand out from the background
  • Grayscale — remove color, which can reduce visual noise
  • Highlight links — underline every link so they are easy to spot
  • Dyslexia-friendly font — switch to a typeface with wider letter spacing and taller line height
  • Pause animations — stop motion and shorten transitions

Your choices are saved in your browser, so they stay on as you move from page to page and when you come back later. You can turn everything off at once with the "Reset All" button.

Section 3

Standards We Work Toward

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our guide. These are the standards used most widely around the world to measure whether a website is accessible.

We are working toward meeting these guidelines across the site. We have not completed a formal third-party audit, so we do not claim full conformance at this time. We will update this statement as that work moves forward.

Section 4

What We Have Built In

Beyond the accessibility menu, we have taken these steps across the site:

  • Descriptive text on images so screen readers can describe them
  • Labels on buttons and menus that tell assistive technology what they do
  • Headings arranged in a clear order so pages can be navigated by structure
  • Menus and pop-ups that can be closed with the Escape key
  • Layouts that adjust to phones, tablets, and larger text sizes
  • Location details listed as text, not only inside images or maps
Section 5

Known Limitations

We want to be straightforward about the gaps we know about. Some parts of this site come from outside companies, and we do not control their code:

  • Forms — our sign-up and contact forms are provided by Paperform
  • Videos — our video player is provided by Wistia
  • Membership account portal — billing and membership management are handled by Rinsed on a separate site
  • Maps — driving directions are powered by third-party map services

We chose these tools in part for their accessibility support, but we cannot guarantee every part of them meets the same standard. If one of these blocks you, contact us and a team member will help you finish what you were trying to do.

Section 6

Help At Our Locations

If you need assistance at any Mr. Splash location, our team is glad to help. Let an attendant know and they will walk you through the wash, the pay station, or your membership.

You can also reach us before you visit and we will make arrangements ahead of time.

Section 7

Tell Us About A Problem

If you run into a barrier on this site, please tell us. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. That detail helps us find and fix the problem faster.

We aim to respond within three business days. You can also reach us through our contact page.

Report An Accessibility Issue

Tell us what got in your way and we'll fix it — or get you the information another way.
