Please read the following agreement before enrolling in an Unlimited Wash Plan.
Unlimited Wash Plan Agreement — By enrolling in an Unlimited Wash Plan, I authorize Mr. Splash Car Wash to charge my credit or debit card account each month for the selected plan price.
One Vehicle Per Plan
Each wash plan is valid for only one vehicle.
FastPass Sticker Requirement
Mr. Splash employees must install a FastPass sticker on the inside, lower driver-side corner of the windshield. Stickers may not function properly behind tinted windshields. Vehicles with tinted windshields or improper placement may be disqualified from the program.
No Refunds for Partial Months
Membership fees are billed monthly. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a month.
Automatic Renewal
This plan automatically renews each month on the purchase date unless it is terminated or discontinued with at least 7 days' notice. If the plan renews, you will have the entire rest of the month to continue washing but will not be recharged afterwards.
Plan Cancellation
Mr. Splash Car Wash reserves the right to cancel this plan at any time, including cases where the card processor does not authorize the monthly charge.
Card Updates
If your credit or debit card information changes (e.g., expiration date or card number), notify Mr. Splash Car Wash immediately to avoid disruption of service.
Payment Failure
Failure to maintain payments will result in the permanent loss of special pricing for the Unlimited Wash Plan.
Service Availability
Wash availability may be impacted by equipment malfunctions, maintenance, or severe weather conditions.
Rate Changes
Monthly rates may increase. Any changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice posted at the site.
